Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation according to care plans.
- Support residents with daily activities and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- 13-week contract
- Variable schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 6 shifts per 2-week period
- Active Hawaii LPN license (must be obtained before start)
- Minimum 2 years of LTC experience
- BLS certification (current and unexpired)
- Must attend employee health appointment the Friday before start date
- Holiday coverage required
- EMR: EPIC
- Travelers must arrive the Thursday prior to start for onboarding
- Maximum submissions per job: 3
