Anesthesia Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician to support inpatient Operating Room services. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical support to anesthesia providers, ensuring equipment, supplies, and operating room environments are prepared and maintained for safe and effective patient care. Prior successful travel experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with preparation and setup for surgical procedures.
• Ensure anesthesia equipment and supplies are operational, cleaned, and restocked appropriately.
• Support safe patient care by following established protocols for equipment handling and OR readiness.
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Respond promptly to requests for anesthesia support during procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Anesthesia Tech experience (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Proven success completing previous traveler assignments (required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced OR setting.
  
  

Additional Details

• 13-week contract assignment.
• No state license required for this role.
• Holiday coverage not required.
• EMR: Not listed.
• Must be willing to work 8-hour PM shifts with varied days off.
• Only W-2 agency employees are accepted for this facility.
