- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
- Support patients in developing and improving daily living and functional abilities.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in care coordination and communication with facility staff.
- Promote patient safety and compliance with rehabilitation goals.
- Shift varies (based on facility needs)
- No holiday coverage required
- Active state COTA license
- Less than 1 year of experience required (new graduates welcome)
- Ability to maintain professional communication and documentation standards
- EMR experience preferred but not required
