Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
- Adhere to ethical and regulatory requirements and clinical best practices
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of less than 1 year of experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- No holiday coverage required
- Bilingual not required
- EMR system usage varies
