Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy delivery for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and facility standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
• Adhere to ethical and regulatory requirements and clinical best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Minimum of less than 1 year of experience required
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
