Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including wiping down tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury
• Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members using clear verbal cues and POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy
• Provide friendly guest services by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with food running and serving is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to deliver excellent customer service in person
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food handling procedures
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; banquet experience is a bonus but not required
