Position Summary:
von Trapp Brewing is looking for a PT enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Event Team Member for Metro Area in MA. In this role, you’ll help bring our brewery events to life—whether it’s a beer release, live music night, festival, or private party. You’ll be a key part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while representing our brand in a positive, welcoming way.
Metro Area of MA
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events (tables, tents, signage, merch, etc.)
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
- Pour and serve beer in accordance with state and local alcohol laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
- Represent the brewery at off-site events such as festivals, tastings, and pop-ups
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event work preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend and evening availability is essential
- Knowledge of craft beer is a plus—but passion and willingness to learn is even better
