- Delivering food (food runner)
- Bring dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Ensure plates match the order and presentation standards

- Clearing and resetting tables (busser)
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly
- Wipe down tables and sanitize surfaces
- Reset tables with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware
- Supporting servers
- Refill water, bread, or beverages

- Maintaining cleanliness
