Senior Systems Engineer – Product Development (OMS) - W2 only role
We are hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to support On Market Support (OMS) within Product Development. This role requires hands-on experience with electro-mechanical devices and a strong systems engineering approach to drive product improvements and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead V&V strategy, execution, and product lifecycle support
- Apply requirements engineering and risk management (FMEA)
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and drive process/product improvements
- Design and execute experiments (DOE)
- Troubleshoot issues and support cross-functional teams
- Lead technical reviews and present findings
Required Skills
- Strong systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience with V&V, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies
- Hands-on with electro-mechanical systems
- Familiarity with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile
- INCOSE certification is a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s 8 years, or Master’s 4 years in Engineering
