We are currently looking for "Paralegal II' to support one of our clients with the following skills:



Job Title: Paralegal II

Location: Denver, CO/Onsite (Locals higly preferred)

Duration: 12 months.

Notes:

  • This role involves providing on-the-ground support at a physical plant location and requires the ability to handle landlord/tenant disputes effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Paralegal and be open to a long-term opportunity, as the manager is not looking to consider candidates with a history of frequent job changes.
  • A background in real estate is preferred. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing correspondence to landlords regarding lease obligations, reimbursements, and performance, as well as tracking project progress and offering support throughout key stages.
  • Experience in property or lease administration is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be local and available to work onsite 2–3 days per week.
  • This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position.


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree and related work experience. Candidates who are currently pursuing a Paralegal certificate, Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree should also apply.
  • 4 years minimum experience preferably in an organization with a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio or, alternatively, a strong property administration background. Experience may include real estate litigation support and dispute support for a large real estate company.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
