Hiring: Admissions Specialist I – Malvern, PA
We are looking for Admissions Specialists with strong customer service and call center experience to support patient placement coordination and treatment services.
Location: Malvern, PA
Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote after training with monthly onsite meetings)
Key Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service/call center experience
• Strong communication and data entry skills
• Comfortable with phone-based support environment
• Basic MS Office skills required
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and referrals
• Coordinate patient treatment placements
• Support hospitals, case managers, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer service excellence
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
