We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences and supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
β Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the employee portal
β Support onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, and offboarding processes
β Maintain and improve HR knowledge base content and self-service resources
β Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition teams
β Ensure timely resolution of HR requests and identify process improvement opportunities
β Support HR compliance and operational excellence initiatives
Must-Have Experience:
β HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
β Benefits administration
β Onboarding and I-9 processing
β Offboarding and employee lifecycle support
β Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
β Strong customer service mindset

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $40,000 - $50,000
