Expert Vulnerability & Baseline Hardening Engineer


We’re looking for an experienced security engineer to support our Secure Technology Solutions Sustainability (STS) team. This role is split between managing enterprise vulnerability scanning tools and implementing hardening baseline/CSPM solutions across the organization.


What You'll Do:

  • Operate and optimize vulnerability scanning platforms (Rapid7, Qualys, etc.)
  • Automate scanning workflows and integrate with tools like Jira, CyberArk, Azure Key Vault
  • Deploy and manage hardening baseline and CSPM tools (Qualys PC, Defender for Cloud, Aqua, CrowdStrike)
  • Oversee compliance cycles, reporting, and remediation support
  • Provide stakeholder guidance and manage vulnerability tickets

What We're Looking For:

  • 12 years in security engineering or security service delivery
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and CSPM technologies
  • Strong automation, documentation, and process operationalization skills
  • Ability to collaborate across engineering, application, and vendor teams
