Position Summary
As an Associate Director of Paid Social, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and results of our Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and beyond. We’re looking for a hands-on subject matter expert with experience successfully managing and scaling large-budget direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns. You’ll lead a growing team, scale acquisition efforts, and collaborate across marketing, business, and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is based upon experience.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.

The specific responsibilities of the Paid Social Associate Director:
- Strategy and Execution: Lead campaign strategy, setup, and optimization with a focus on driving ROI and scale
- Data Analysis and Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to inform decisions, optimize creative and targeting, and implement growth strategies
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Paid Social marketers into future leaders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner and communicate cross-functionally to deliver integrated acquisition strategies
- Innovation and Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current on platform updates, competitive trends, and emerging tactics
- 5 years in Paid Social performance marketing (Meta required; LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, and others a plus)
- Subject matter expertise with a proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale large direct-to-consumer acquisition campaigns
- Strong analytical skills — Excel, Tableau, Power BI
- Deep understanding of paid social advertising and a passion for results-based innovation
- Leadership experience is preferred but not required
- You're a problem-solver who loves making data-driven decisions
