What You’ll Do
As part of our production team, you may:
- Perform tasks such as palletizing/depalletizing, case packing and sealing, blending and connecting bags, rework and sanitation, product inspections, and hand assembly
- Maintain required production pace based on business needs
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene standards
- Work in different production areas as needed
- Follow verbal and written instructions and incorporate feedback
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Promptly report material shortages, quality concerns, food safety issues, or foreign materials
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Track lot numbers for materials used on your assigned line
- Support housekeeping and assist other areas when production is low
- Safely operate equipment such as a hoist (training provided as applicable)
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
- Stand for the full shift
- Lift, twist, bend, stoop, push, and carry up to 15 pounds regularly
- Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Work at heights and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
- Read, write, and perform basic math (weights, percentages, number sequences, color codes)
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
