What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update the University’s academic information, such as details about academic programs, degree audits, program substitutions, etc.
- Process requests from students and faculty such as advisor changes, major/minor changes, grade change forms, withdrawals, etc.
- Make updates to the University catalog.
- Respond to internal requests for data, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as with federal and state laws and University policies.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Google suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff across campus.
