Key income making services/areas rendered to our valued business clients:
- Selling businesses and top 500 franchises (entailing case by case Engagement fees, retainers, advisory fee, finance raising advisory fees, business valuation fees etc. from sell-side advisory business clients per our bilateral contracts), with/ without commercial real estate for our valued clients
- Helping businesses to transform them into high performing franchises through our specialized team of franchising experts
- Business appraisals/valuations (BOVs)
- Arranging bank financing for our valued prequalified buyers to meet their business acquisitions and growth capital requirements

The Business Broker /Advisor/ Consultant acts as the intermediary during either the sale or purchase of a business, managing the entire deal process for all parties involved, as we call it Core Deal Team. Our offices in particular focuses on the main street to lower to middle market, helping over all types of businesses sized from $1 million to $100 million in revenue through these transactions each year.
As our team grows in size and depth/expertise, we need additional business savvy sales professionals to continue our mission as long as their mission aligns ours of supporting businesses in Washington DC Metro area. We are currently looking for new business brokers in Downtown Washington DC, Downtown Baltimore, MD and Annapolis, MD offices.
We are having a fabulous and best performing year 2026 and looking forward to a much better 2027 and beyond, owing to our high performing team, buyers and sellers clients, and other partners including Bankers, CPA, Wealth Management, Financial Advisors, and Business Attorneys, who help us close the deals with overall deal closing rate of 94%.

Requirements
-Overview of Day-to-Day supporting small to medium sized businesses through a buy or sale transaction
-Marketing of business and franchise opportunities for sale
-Negotiation and deal structuring
-Management of due diligence
Experience Required
-At least five years experience in a professional business-to-business sale required
-Four-year bachelors degree from accredited business school

-Compensation - This is a full-time commission-only (1099 independent contractors) role with pay range up to $200k-$1 mm approximately annually.
