• Oversee routine vehicle maintenance to guarantee peak functionality.
• Ensure the optimal operation of all farm machinery systems.
• Use cranes for repair tasks as needed.
• Communicate services and recommendations effectively to customers.
• Maintain detailed repair and maintenance documentation.

Expectations and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a relatable position.
• In-depth knowledge of diesel engine and suspension systems.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Proficiency with operating cranes and heavy machinery is a plus.
• Superior customer interaction skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Keen problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Details:
