Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician III to join our team and drive excellence in industrial maintenance within our manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician III serves as a senior-level technical expert responsible for advanced troubleshooting, complex repairs, and technical leadership. This role ensures optimal equipment reliability and supports major maintenance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide Maintenance Technicians I and II in technical skill development.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of maintenance procedures and training documentation.
- Lead or participate in assigned safety and technical initiatives.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs involving PLCs, drives, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Lead diagnosis of complex mechanical and electrical failures.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize scheduling of repairs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations.
- Lead or oversee small-scale maintenance projects and equipment upgrades.
Project Work
Lead significant maintenance initiatives, support new equipment installations, and contribute technical expertise to cross-functional projects.
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
