Technical Business Analyst – Higher Education Applications
Location- Sacramento CA
The Technical Business Analyst will support higher education admissions and student administration business operations through the configuration, maintenance, testing, and production support of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related admissions platforms. This role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to support application setup, admissions processing, data loads, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and annual admissions cycle readiness.
The ideal candidate has experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, admissions business processes, application configuration, data integration, testing, issue resolution, and student data privacy requirements such as FERPA. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently in a remote staff augmentation capacity.
