Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Required Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- 7 years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams of 7 to 10 or more FTEs.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting:
- 5,000 to 7000 internal users
- 300,000 to 500,000 external registered users
- 5 to 7 million data records
- Strong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and external systems.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).
- Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
- Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
- Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
