We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- As a Salesforce Project Manager you will lead & own the end-to-end delivery of global, outcomes Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and modern, AI-enabled delivery practices.
- 10 years of total experience in the IT industry, with 5 years delivering Salesforce projects
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Architects and Technical Leads (hands-on configuration is not required)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders and executives
- Experience managing teams of 7–10 technical resources.
- Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting:
- Service Cloud
- Community Cloud/Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Agile/Scrum
- SDLC
- Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Project Planning & Delivery
- Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).
- Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
