Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,450 weekly ($75,000 annual potential).

Tiered CPM Structure:
- 0–12 mos: $0.53 | 12–36 mos: $0.55 | 37–60 mos: $0.56 | 61 mos: $0.58.
- Accessorial Pay: $55 per full trailer unload $20 per stop (including the 1st).
- Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total): Paid out across milestones—$500 at 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 each at 60, 90, 120, and 150 days, and a final $500 at 180 days.
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home daily (requires reliable personal transportation to and from the DC daily).
- Operating Schedule: Operates 7 days a week, primarily overnight. Must be available to run nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Mandatory Peak Rules: Holiday weeks, including the full week prior, are mandatory.
Route & Equipment Details
- Running Area: Dedicated deliveries across Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV), plus WV backhauls returning to Indy.
- Volume & Mileage: Average of 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles weekly) with an average length of haul of 490 miles.
- Freight Handling: Physical freight unload required using a powered pallet jack (comprehensive training provided).
- Tractors: Slip-seat operation.
Requirements, Screening & Benefits
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience required within the last 36 months (3 years).
- Driver Expectations: Ability to handle physical unloading duties, maintain strict schedule flexibility (nights/weekends/holidays), and coordinate reliable personal transit to the yard.
