The Pay & The Miles

• Weekly Take-Home: Gross between $1,660 and $1,680 weekly.
• Yearly Potential: Start out making an average of $87,000 a year.
• Pay Structure: Earn $0.62 to $0.66 CPM plus $15 stop pay, backed by yearly raises.
• Extras: Get paid for holidays ($347/day for 6 major holidays), new hire training ($300/day), and safety training ($20/hour).

Your Schedule & Route

• Work Week: Monday through Friday with early morning starts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Life on the Road: Average 10 to 11-hour shifts with about 4 nights out in the sleeper per week.
• The Run: Average 2,350 miles a week. Kick things off hauling from the Denver DC down to Garden Grove, CA, bring a return trailer straight back to Denver, and wrap up your Friday dropping palletized freight to stores across CO and WY.
• Freight Handling: Unload palletized cargo (up to 3,000 lbs) using a manual pallet jack—unloads average 15 to 30 minutes. Retail dock deliveries require blind-side backing.
• Weather & Terrain: Mountain driving and throwing chains when winter weather hits are part of the gig.
