We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Auction Company Catalog Administrator to oversee our online auction catalogs. The ideal candidate will manage listing items, ensure accuracy, update product information, and support the smooth operation of our virtual auctions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
- Upload, update, and manage auction catalogs on our platform
- Verify the accuracy of item descriptions, images, and pricing
- Coordinate with sellers to gather detailed product information
- Monitor catalog listings for errors or discrepancies
- Assist in preparing catalogs for upcoming auction events
- Support for outside sales person queries related to their catalog items
- Maintain organized records of all catalog information
- Work closely with the rest of the social media team to ensure-brand consistency and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with computer programs such as the photo editing software, and video editing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well both independently ,as part of a team, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, auction, or catalog management is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online auction platforms
