💼 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Clerk, you’ll support our service shop by ensuring that parts are ordered, stocked, and managed efficiently:

• Order parts from preferred vendors
• Create purchase orders and manage invoices
• Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory
• Maintain bin locations and inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits
• Support technicians by supplying necessary parts
• Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and slow-moving inventory
• Operate a forklift to load/unload parts
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
• Answer calls and deliver outstanding customer service
• Perform other shop support tasks as assigned

✅ Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• 5  years of experience (preferred) with automotive, commercial truck/trailer, transport refrigeration or heavy-duty truck parts (dealership experience a plus)
• Forklift certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Willingness to travel for occasional training
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and a team-first mindset
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
