Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our growing team in Auburn, IN. If you’ve worked in a dealership or fleet maintenance setting, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Clerk, you’ll support our service shop by ensuring that parts are ordered, stocked, and managed efficiently:
- Order parts from preferred vendors
- Create purchase orders and manage invoices
- Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory
- Maintain bin locations and inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Support technicians by supplying necessary parts
- Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and slow-moving inventory
- Operate a forklift to load/unload parts
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
- Answer calls and deliver outstanding customer service
- Perform other shop support tasks as assigned
✅ Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- 5 years of experience (preferred) with automotive, commercial truck/trailer, transport refrigeration or heavy-duty truck parts (dealership experience a plus)
- Forklift certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Willingness to travel for occasional training
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and a team-first mindset
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
