✅ Requirements:
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and route incoming calls or take messages
- Manage accident documentation and records
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks
- Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports
- Issue and receive purchase orders
- Maintain confidential files and documentation
- Track paperwork and compliance for mobile truck locations
- Assist the parts department as needed
- Gather repair information from customers
- Schedule and assign service work
- Communicate with customers in person and over the phone
- Process weekly and monthly invoices
- Prepare weekly payroll spreadsheets
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
