✅ Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 year of experience (required) in mobile trailer maintenance (DOT annual inspections & air brakes required)
• Reefer experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently out of a service van with limited resources. All work is outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license
• Obtain a toolbox and the required tools
• Must be able to travel for the first 2 weeks for training
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Trailer Technician, your role will involve a variety of important tasks, including:

• Preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on trailers and reefer units
• Repair trailers based on PM findings & driver write-ups, including roll-up door repair, lighting, brake systems, etc.
• Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs
• Change tires as needed on trucks and trailers per customer requirements
• Run service calls as needed within the Indy Metro area
• Maintain clean & organized service truck, schedule routine maintenance, & make repairs as necessary
• Create your own work orders, charge out inventory parts & order parts when needed
• Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed
