Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, your local Thermo King dealer, is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our growing team in Lowell, AR.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive parts, truck and trailer parts, heavy-duty parts, warehouse operations, inventory, or shipping and receiving who enjoys hands-on work and staying organized.
You'll help manage parts inventory, receiving, shipping, stocking, and parts orders while supporting our technicians and customers.
💰 Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- $23.00–$26.00/hour, based on experience
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- No regular weekend schedule

🔩 What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock truck, trailer, and refrigeration parts
- Handle shipping and receiving, including packaging, labeling, and invoicing
- Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries
- Pull and accurately identify parts and part numbers
- Maintain organized parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
- Process parts returns and assist with warranty-related parts
- Build A/C hoses, kits, and custom parts orders
- Assist technicians with parts needs
- Provide parts support to customers and vendors
- Help maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep the parts and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
👀 What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with automotive, truck, trailer, heavy-duty, refrigeration, or industrial parts preferred
- Experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, or shipping & receiving preferred
- Willingness to successfully complete forklift certification course
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
- Ability to accurately identify and locate parts
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work overtime or travel for training when needed
- Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
