Join Transport Refrigeration Services in Shelbyville, TN! We’re hiring skilled Diesel Mechanics, Trailer Technicians & Reefer Mechanics for full-time, 4-day workweeks with competitive pay, certification bonuses, and PTO starting day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspections & preventive maintenance (trailers, trucks, reefers, APU units)
• Tire services: mount/dismount, repair, replacement, balancing
• Trailer diagnostics & repair
• DOT inspections & brake work (after certification 1 year shop experience)
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and company/customer vehicles
• Keep work area clean & safe

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or vocational training (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• 1 year of shop experience with DOT inspections & air brakes
• Must have personal toolbox and standard/metric tools
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Lift 40 lbs frequently, 80 lbs occasionally
• Regularly bend, squat, twist, climb, and push/pull equipment
