Summary: Dispatch drivers, Book loads and Plan loads
Major Duties:
· Dispatch drivers, answer phones and communicate load information to drivers.
· The role is all about execution. Must consistently demonstrate attention to detail on start of shift, end of shift and focus on utilization and service, . Must appropriately hand off open items to day shift before leaving for the day.
· Maintain the utmost professionalism in communications with drivers and other TDC team members.
· Works to ensure customers are taken care of and communicate appropriately.
· Provides detailed and accurate messages to the Fleet Managers
· Assist in planning function.
· Books, enters, and sets appointments of orders.
· Informs customer immediately if there are any interruptions in service
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Education: High school diploma required; some college experience preferred
