Transitions at Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Part-Time Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in the Baraboo area.
In this role, you will help ensure continuity of care for our clients by providing coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off (PTO), medical leaves, and other staffing needs. You will also assist with caregiver orientation and training while providing high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes when needed.

As a Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers by helping maintain consistent, reliable care. Hours: Part-Time - 20 Hours a week
- 7:00am - 7:00pm Hours of Availability
- Monday through Friday
- No Holidays or Weekends

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Reliable Car with Car Insurance
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of others.
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent communications skills with Attention to detail
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
