Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Intern at Transition Music Corporation in Los Angeles, CA. The Intern will assist with various day-to-day tasks related to music supervision services, curation, licensing, clearance, custom music solutions, reporting, tracking, and original music development.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of music supervision services, custom music solutions, and original music development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with music production software is a plus
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Music, Business, or a related field
- Availability to work a minimum 20 hours a week with time in-office
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Documentation: Assist in drafting and editing documents, memos, and reports. Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically.
- Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry tasks to update and maintain databases.
- Organization: Help keep the office space orderly and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Research: Conduct research as required, gather information, and present findings to support decision-making processes.
