What are the responsibilities and job description for the STUDENT-ICLA Office Assistant position at Student?
You will be working at the Pendleton Center in Los Angeles, California as an office assistant, mainly stationed at the front desk.
General duties will include:
- Answering the phone
- Stocking the kitchens
- Organizing the Media Library/checking in returned materials
- Cleaning/resetting the classrooms
- Making copies for staff/faculty
- Checking the mail
- Accepting packages
- And other general office duties as needed.
Please note that students must be attending the ICLA program in order to be eligible for this position.
