Duties
- Greet members and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer support with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages promptly
- Maintain accurate data entry records using productivity software and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence efficiently
- Utilize office management skills to organize schedules, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments or meetings
- Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, document preparation, and office supply management
- Assist with phone etiquette standards to ensure clear communication and positive member interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles with a focus on front desk responsibilities
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),and data entry tasks
- Familiarity with productivity software and technical proficiency in using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills along with clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management
