Harmony is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multidisciplinary clinic operations and quality of care.
- ProvidebudgetaryoversightandmanagetheclinicPnL.
- Lead and develop clinic staff, managing productivity and performance expectations.
- Monitor staffing needs and align appointment capacity with client demand.
- Collaborate with local medical leadership on adherence to medication management protocols.
- Provide clinical supervision within the scope of licensure and applicable board requirements.
- Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryandorganizationalrequirements.
- CoordinatewithFacilitiestoaddresssiteneeds.
- Partner with the Outreach team to strengthen referral relationships and support clinic growth.
- Supportnewclinicopeningsandestablishlocaloperations.
- Manage service lines, including TMS and Spravato®, in coordination with clinical teams.
- Maintain a therapy caseload of 8–10 clients weekly, when applicable.
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a board-approved related field from an accredited program meeting applicable licensure requirements.
- Active West Virginia LPC or LICSW, if providing clinical services. Meet applicable board requirements for any licensure supervision provided.
- Experience managing an outpatient mental health team and overseeing clinic operations.
- Understanding of clinic financial performance and the ability to use data to guide operational decisions.
- Experience providing clinical supervision and supporting clinician development.
- Working knowledge of mental health regulations and current standards of care.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and other software solutions.
