- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone and email inquiries
- Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately
- Assist clients with technical, account, and shipping questions
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Support sales efforts through outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting
- Maintain product, pricing, and educational knowledge
- Assist with webinars, events, and practitioner education initiatives
- Support new business development, lead follow-up, and onboarding campaigns
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
