Customer Service & Sales Support Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day customer service by processing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Support the sales team with necessary documents and sales processes
- Prepare waste shipping manifests and confirm daily sales orders with vendors
- Coordinate lab sample pick-ups and environmental supply orders
- Process invoices and vendor bills using QuickBooks
- Answer incoming calls, direct callers, and qualify leads for the sales team
- Manage incoming mail and distribute it appropriately
- Maintain customer files and documentation
- Contact customers regarding payment terms and collections
- Apply knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations
- Follow company policies and maintain safety standards
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience in Industrial Waste Services or Regulatory Compliance is preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
