Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing support
- Assist clients in understanding their financial plans, accounts, and next steps
- Schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and maintain consistent communication
- Support financial representatives with client onboarding, paperwork, and account updates
- Help gather and organize client financial information for reviews and planning
- Provide updates on account activity, market trends (as guided), and general financial processes
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and financial software systems
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through responsive and professional service
