What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Processor position at Transco Lines Inc?
Essential Job Duties Include:
- Monitor Tenstreet reminders list for notes from Recruiters
- Pull Driver IQ reports
- Data entry – add jobs, violations, accidents, and other pertinent information from reports to the application with appropriate titles, dates, and descriptions
- Communicate with both Recruiting and Safety about applications that are ready for safety processing Ensure that applications are in compliance
- - amount of experience listed, complete job details, etc.
- Assist with other day to day administration tasks for the Recruiting department as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes. RTI can provide on-the-job training
- Organization and time management skills required
- Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail
- Must have good communication skills
Work Environment:
- Individuals for the Processing role may work remotely
- Remote employees are required to clock in and out for the day as well as lunches
- Management must be notified if remote employees are away from their work station for more than a 15 minute break or a 60 minute lunch
- Remote employees are required to be active in Microsoft Teams and easily accessible by management and other members of the Recruiting and Safety teams
