Key Responsibilities:
- Led IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations.
- Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
- Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
