Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and technology-savvy Business Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in the PEO, Payroll, HRIS, HCM, or broader HR Technology domain. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze payroll, benefits, workforce management, and HR processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve business analysis, documentation, process discovery, testing, and decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support product enhancements, system integrations, and implementation initiatives within PEO and HR technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of Business Analysis experience in PEO, Payroll, HRIS, HCM, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, or HR Technology domains.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, workforce management, and related HR operations.
- Mandatory experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to enhance business analysis, documentation, research, testing, and productivity.
- Ability to identify and recommend AI-driven opportunities for business process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with PEO platforms, payroll systems, HRIS/HCM solutions, or benefits administration applications.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and HR operational processes.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications, or equivalent are a plus.
