The Wealth Advisor is responsible for the retention of existing client relationships as well as the development of new client connections.
The Wealth Advisor role is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package and performance-based bonus potential.

As a Wealth Advisor you can expect to:
- Help individuals meet their unique financial needs and objectives on an ongoing basis with particular emphasis on risk tolerance, risk management, estate planning, and taxes.
- Establish and define the client-planner relationship.
- Develop, present and monitor financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives.
- Analyze the income and asset situation of clients annually to review and update the financial situation.
- Recommend plans and products to help clients achieve their goals; identify appropriate investment and insurance solutions; estate issues; tax considerations; retirement planning or personal planning objectives.
- Comply with all FINRA/SEC/Cetera compliance regulations.
- Develop and sustain relationships with other in-house professionals and strategic alliances.
- Schedule and plan client meetings using the contact management system.
- Maintain client cost basis information in coordination with the investment
committee. - Work with clients to continually evaluate the objectives and risks of clients’ personal financial plans.
- Remain current on industry developments, service, and product enhancements.
- Participate on the firm's investment committee, as appropriate.
Qualifications for this role include:
- B.A or B.S. in Business; advanced degree/designation, a plus (e.g. MBA, CFP, CPA, etc.)
- Series 7 and Series 66 required
- CFP, preferred (or prior enrollment or willingness to enroll in CFP Certification Program)
- Insurance licenses preferred
- Experience working with Pershing processes and forms, a plus
- Excellent knowledge and communication of products such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurances, and annuities
- Able to identify estate planning issues
- Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, MoneyGuidePro, Allbridge, and Morningstar Advisor.
