Lots of configurations will be coming up for the Recruiting module
Must Have:
Onboarding and Recruiting module experience
5 years experience as a Workday Analyst (HCM nice to have too)
1-2 years Recruiting module heavy dedicated - they are redesigning the whole module
Must be hands on in configuration and process improvement
