Position: Account Specialist
Location: Orange, CA
Responsibilities:
As an Account Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating smooth, efficient sales operations, and coordinate with existing accounts to achieve or expand business goals. The role will collaborate closely with Account Managers, internal departments and customers to ensure a seamless sales process and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Assist Account Manager in growing their customer base, new and repeat business and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customer inquiries and provide accurate pricing, quotes, promotions, and products information.
- Maintain quality service by oversee orders and promptly update the status to customers.
- Assist customers with product returns or repair services.
- Manage, update and maintain customer profile, contracts and agreements. Additionally, manage the processing of promotional rebates and price protection claims
- Oversee Accounts Receivables, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist Managers and Account Managers with preparing sales presentations and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or business development.
- Basic knowledge of finance and business operations.
- Proficient in phone handling and answering emails.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy required
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
