Responsibilities
- Promote the Ford Blue Advantage brand with enthusiasm and clearly communicate its value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships through integrity, expertise, and consistent follow-through.
- Partner with dealership executive leadership to assess business goals and develop effective strategies for success.
- Deliver ongoing training to dealership management as well as sales, service, and administrative teams.
- Identify workflow gaps and implement best practices that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, sales, and profitability.
- Leverage program analytics, tools, and resources to guide dealership performance.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including visit reports, action plans, expense reports, and travel coordination, in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience in automotive operations.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to deliver engaging sessions both in person and virtually.
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels within a dealership and respond to questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including creating polished presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules based on client needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.
- Commitment to a team culture centered on collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, driving, reaching, stooping, lifting, typing, and repetitive motions.
- Close visual acuity required for reviewing data, working on a computer, and reading materials.
