We are a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency based in Long Beach that produces large-scale brand activations, live events, and marketing programs across the U.S. We’re looking for a Recruiter Coordinator to support our HR Manager in hiring local and national staff for upcoming events and programs.

What You’ll Do
✔ 2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR Coordination, or a related Human Resources role
✔ Experience supporting high-volume or event-based recruiting is a plus
✔ Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing strategies
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
✔ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
✔ Understanding of employment laws and interview compliance, including knowledge of appropriate and prohibited interview questions
✔ Knowledge of EEO guidelines and fair hiring practices
✔ Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Location: Long Beach, CA (In office)
Duration: 4–5 Month Project (Potential Extension Based on Business Needs)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In Office)
Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Partner with the HR Manager to recruit and hire local and national event staff
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and recruiting networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screenings and in person interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and production teams
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports
- Post and manage job ads across recruiting platforms
- Assist with offer coordination, onboarding documentation, and hiring logistics
- Build talent pipelines for Brand Ambassadors, Event Staff, Production Support, and other experiential roles
- Support hiring for both local event staffing and traveling national programs
- Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and best practices
- Help maintain an organized recruiting workflow and candidate experience
