Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant located in Bethel, CT. The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing office operations, managing office equipment and supplies, providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. The role also includes scheduling meetings, maintaining records, assisting executives with daily tasks, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. Must have CRM experience.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
- Experience managing Office Equipment and familiarity with tools and technology used in office settings
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in common productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and comfortable learning new systems
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus but not required
