Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify client goals and financial needs.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
  • Conduct financial reviews and policy evaluations.
  • Educate clients on available strategies and products.
  • Deliver exceptional ongoing service and support.
  • Develop referral relationships and business opportunities.
  • Stay informed regarding industry trends and product solutions.
  • Operate with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.



Qualifications
  • Active Life and Health License. (Required)
  • FINRA registrations are a plus.
  • Annuity and Long-Term Care certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, banking, or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
