This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Representative based in Mount Laurel, NJ. The Account Representative will manage client accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and promote tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include delivering financial education, identifying client needs, executing sales strategies, and assisting clients with financial goal planning. Additionally, you will receive training to ensure a thorough understanding of the services offered to support clients effectively.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Communication, including active listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Sales, including promoting and delivering financial products
- Capability in Training and educating clients on financial strategies
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on client success
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
